750 ml bottle. Big gusher - minus a point. Pours a hazy amber with huge head. Aromas of brett, bananas, leather and pineapple. Flavors of dried fruit and bananas, rye cereal, and yeast. A bit metallic. Nice enough but a bit of brett overkill I think.

Bottle - Stone fruit and brett notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Sweet, fruity, grassy and a dry finish. Bitter, dry and a nice finish. I actually like it.

Bottle from the brewery. Gusher. That kicks up a lot of yeast, clouding the beer. Light tannish colour. Aroma has bright brett and some muddled yeasty stuff underneath that. Dry and bretty, yeasty and slightly bready malts, maybe berryish hop, maybe. Finishes bretty and burpy. A little unrefined and shows little besides the brett.

750mL bottle, gushes big time, pours an opaque golden orange with a large white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk, some feet, and floral notes. Flavour is quite complex, with barnyard funk, some Belgian yeast, and wheaty notes. Very well-integrated and aged well. I'm interested to see how this will taste in another 6 and 12 months. But it's great as of now.

Tasting at Matt’s
The bottle is a gusher; cloudy to murky dark blond color with compact head. Very spicy beer overall; the aroma has gentle fruits, apricot; the mouthfeel is too carbonated (expected); funky traits, lightly flowery; there is too much yeast.
Interesting beer, a lot of character, but I wish they could control the fermentation.
