Couleur brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est axé sur les malts - entre grillé, fin chocolaté, petite note de céréales concassées.
Palais est sur une belle base de grains - le tout sur un caractère malté, grillé, biscuité, petite note céréales. Le côté lactose est quasi imperceptible. Reste cependant une belle amertume en fin de bouche - noble avec une pointe terreuse et florale.

Flaska från Närke. Har tydligen inte rate:at denna, trots att jag druckit otaliga gånger tidigare. Svart med hög krämig beigebrun krona. Snyggt rostade toner, toffee, lakrits, kaffe, grädde. Mjuk och len kropp, lätt och törstsläckande. Fin bränd ton ligger kvar i smaken efteråt. Mycket gott.

Tap @ Borefts 2012. Deep dark brown color, opague. Cappucino and a hint of roast in the aroma. Sweetish flavor with coffee and roast. Very nice milk stout.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Dark brown colour, almost black, with big creamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, dark rye bread, liquorice and milky coffee. Malty, roasted taste with dark chocolate, cacao, coffee, liquorice, chocolate truffles and a balanced cacao bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Possible a bit thin, but really tasty and well made. Very nice.

Draught (backlog). Deep hazy ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is mild toasted and caramel malts with some nutty and chocolaty notes. Flavour is chocolate, nuts, some toasted notes as well as a quite nice bitter finish.

Bottle from Olsvammel, as part of the Euro Local Swap, many thanks! Fast schwarzes Bier mit einer ordentlichen großen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, hopfig, etwas Kaffee, Gewürze. Geschmack schokoladig, winterliche Gewürze, hopfig, gering bitter, ok!
