750 mL bottle drunk 8/12/23. Clear copper-bronze. Medium-sized, white head slowly fades to nothing. Brett and sacch share space with a rustic grains and minerality. Great strength of aroma with plentiful black pepper. Clean. Big burst of sacch acidity is very enjoyable received initially. Deep, biscuity malts are well attenuated and there is apple, pear and stone fruit ester aplenty with black pepper and just-emerging Brett acidity. Another elegant Brett saison from these guys...

Bottle shared in NH. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, mellow funk, citrus nips, light lemon balm, a little salty. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Clean and quenching finish, more mellow salty bite, citric twang. Quite tasty and drinkable.

Bottle @ home via trade. Cage was extremely tightly wound and the cork immediately shot off. Pours a clear, golden yelloiw-orange appearance with a huge white head. Black pepper, spicy yeast, funky brett, grass/herbal, somewhat fruity nose. The aroma nicely shows off the brett. The flavor is also pretty peppery though there is a little bit of plastic. Quite herbal. Pretty refreshing. Fun to drink.

Bottle - Funky lemon and some grass with creamy notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky, light citrus and a creamy note. Well done.

Purchased a 750 at the brewery. Massive carbonation level that made the cork fly off after two twists of the cage. Pretty nice aroma of lemon rind, peppery yeast, and a good amount of Brettanomyces. The flavor has a small level of Brett throughout the sip. Right now it still shows a great level of citrus. Very nice mouthfeel, with a crisp effervescent finish. I enjoyed this a lot.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops. Pours gold with a 2 finger foamy white head. Aromas of brett funk and spice. Taste is very effervescent and thin with notes of funk yeast and a lingering bitterness that seems slightly stale.
