Pours a slight hazed golden colour with a fizzy white cap that still stays longer than expected. Beautiful fresh strawberry aromas over fruity malts and yeast. Light spotted lacing. A very light pink hue is showing and gets hazier at last pour. Some particles floating all-around. The taste shows the fruits as well, but much milder. Hints of sourness and some yeast notes. Not much of a witbier, but a nice fruity strawberry wheat beer.

On tap. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a medium, creamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of strawberry, wheat malt and yeast. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, strawberry, yeast, honey and lactose with a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking.

Very hazy with strong strawberries sweet nose. A touch of plastic, slight sour but ok. Still plastic interferes with overall beer. Not bad.

From a bomber bottle, bright white stuff on top of the white-yellow stuff called body, lots of clear-white things called bubbles, meh. Huge cloying sugar sweetness on this like the bad fruit beer experiments from Belgium (not the good ones... the good ones are, well, good). Apple syrup aroma; like that one bottle I bought in Paris some years ago that was just carbonated apple juice. Strawberry you say though. Flavour is more balanced - strawberry comes through, well balanced with the wheat, but I can’t say that the two work well with each other. It’s like the flavour profiles were well done but the end result, well, just isn’t that interesting. But it did grow on me and now that I’m at the end of this bomber I find the balance to be pretty good... that initial aroma is the problem. Not a bad fruit beer, smarts on subtlety which is something I do appreciate.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Cloudy pale white-ish yellow with very slight pink tinge and white head. Creamy milky strawberry with yeasty wit and coriander. Blended surprisingly well.

On tap at Darby’s. Pours a hazy straw with a white head. Aroma is classic for Belgian witbiers with easy noticable sophisticated raspberry notes. Same character taste. Good, refreshing beer.

Cloudy, quite pale. Mellow, creamy strawberry nose. Soft body, low bitterness and a light strawberry taste. Sweeter but balanced.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy faded golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings loads of fresh strawberries, with medium sweetness. Flavour is like a fresh strawberry pie, with medium sweetness and a light wheat backbone. The strawberries dominate and are incorporated very well. Very nice easy drinking summer beer.
