Bottle I’ve had for a while. Pours an amber colour, hazed by tiny particles. The head is warm, good lasting with foamy lacing. Aromas of nice hops at first, giving way to fruity, cereal and caramel malts. The taste is a little sweet with the malts, but the hops come back to balance things up with grass notes, bitterness and a dry finish. Good fruitiness lingers. Says hops from Alsace. I don’t mind these hops.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fruity ester with nice floral hops and some caramel malt also noticeable. Taste is dominated by fruity notes of hops with some pears notes with some light residual sugar and some light caramel malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not fond of the brewer dry-hop technique but still an enjoyable drink with a pretty singular hops varietal.
