Glad to be first out of the blocks on this one. The colour is a classic Belgian ale-style colour, with a murky grapefruit juice hue. The nose features the coriander with some yeast and fruitiness. The coriander also leads the taste profile with a shot of sourness, soft lemon and orange zest taste present in the background. It is all set up on a very soft malt base. Nutmeg and a hint of tropical fruit and cherries come out late in the taste profile. A slight warm booziness and a lively but not fuzzy effervescence add to a complex and balanced Imperial Wit. I’ll be serving this one when company comes over!

Thanks for PaleAleRider for sharing this one. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a white head, average retention and minimal lacing. Sour aromas at first, but after breathing, the Belgian Ale yeast shows up with notes of oranges and hints of spices. Fruity malts taste with light spices and a sweet yeasty finish. Pretty refreshing higher alcohol witbier. Wish the spices were just a tad punchier.

Bottle: Poured a hazy cloudy dirty off-beige color ale with a small white foamy head with minimal retention and not much lacing. Aroma of coriander and other spices with quite a bit of wheat malt notes. Taste is also dominated by wheat malt notes with some coriander and some other spices with dry wheat malt notes. Body is full with limited filtration and low carbonation. I thought this was a bit messy and carbonation was too low.

Bottle - Creamy wheat, come citrus, some herbs and peppery notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lots of pepper up front with some citrus and wheat notes.
