Sampled at Finnriver, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light smoke, horse blanket and apples. Flavour brings out smokey bourbon barrels, apples and medium sweetness. Very complex, earthy and barnyard-y. Excellent.

22oz bottle pours a clear, dark gold with a ring of white head. Nose has apples (obviously), lots of over ripe - near rotting - apple cores, some caramel too, a little vanilla, some poached pear as well, hints of carrot cake too. Flavor is super smooth, mild vanilla, mild white grape, a little spice, a little caramel and apple juice. Super smooth finish.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear golden with a very small fizzy white head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. Aroma is green apples and mushrooms, some bourbon. Flavor is tart apples, mushrooms, Brett, a bit of oaky bourbon, more mushrooms. Quite funky and light tart. Lightish body, effervescent carbonation. I despise mushrooms, and I especially hate when a beer or cider gets infected with mushrooms. Fail.

Golden color with large bottles. Very nice aroma: apples, hazelnuts, almost biscuity. Off dry mouthfeel with delicate apple flavor and a soft feeling from the barrel. Mild acidity. Nice.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear yellow and a large fizzy white head that lasts longer than most ciders. Strongly sulfury and bretty aroma, English style it would seem, which I wasn’t expecting. Floral, mild oak lactone. A bit peppery, mild sweetness, zesty acid balance. Flavors are medium dry, lightly funky (leathery, manure), a touch of sulfur, mild oak, some salinity, grassy. Off dry but with a strong acid balance, medium minerality. Very lightly chlorophenolic. Medium carbonation, medium0full bodied for a cider. Light tannin, slightly warming.

Had immediatly after the dry hopped cider. This is slightly less refreshing due to bourbon aging but not quite dessert level. You get tart apples, with light bourbon sweetness, oak, vanilla, and some light lemon. decent cider but im no expert in this field
