Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet malty notes with some dry herbal hops notes. Taste is also dominated by dry herbal notes with some sweet malty notes with too much residual sugar. Body is about average with good carbonation. Too sweet for my taste.

Butelka 0,75 z datą ważności do 17.02.2016, temperatura degustacji 14 stopni +, szkło snifter. Aromat: przewaga fenoli na estrami, aromaty korzenno-przyprawowe (goździk, pieprz), podbudowa słodowa praktycznie niewyczuwalna, delikatne nuty drożdżowe, po ogrzaniu trochę suszonych owoców, gdzieś w tle delikatna gruszka. Pod koniec jak się ogrzało do temperatury pokojowej i zamieszaniu szkła bardzo intensywny słodki aromat kwiatowo-owocowy(banan) . Barwa: głębokie złoto, klarowne wręcz iskrzące. Piana: biała, obfita, zbudowana z drobnych i średnich pęcherzyków opada do cienkiego pierścienia, pozostawiając przy tym charakterystyczną koronkę. Smak: zdecydowanie wytrawne, chociaż początek drożdżowo-bananowy, goryczka jak na styl wysoka(trochę za sprawą wysokiego wysycenia) korzenno-alkoholowa. Średnia pełnia, dobra pijalność. Jak na styl średnio, z drugiej strony życzyłbym sobie polskich koncerniaków na takim poziomie (pomijając portery które trzymają poziom, bo cała reszta to zlew)

Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard shared with the in-laws Hammel, DK - pours orange with a white head. Aroma and taste is sweet bready malty, with some brown sugar, caramel, doughy yeast, hoppy backing, some spices into the finish. Not bad.

Dark orange with white head. Sweet malts, doughy yeast, spices, cloves, caramel, milky. Taste is sweet with embedded bitterness. Finish has a bit of gumball coating but it fits in with the spices. Body is full, texture is a bit grainy, chalky, also milky. Pretty good for a Leffe.

Dark orange/white head. Sweet malts, doughy yeast, spices, cloves, caramel, milky. Taste is sweet w/embedded bitterness. Finish has gumballcoating but it fits in w/the spices. Full body, texture is a bit grainy, chalky, milky. Pretty good for a Leffe.

L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie rilascia merletti sul vetro. La frizzantezza è data da bollicine fini a media carbonazione. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. Alla lingua il dolce si presenta leggero e l’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è felpato, lungo, secco, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso.

33cl-flaska från Beergium. Bärnstensfärgad, klar med ett högt skum som långsamt sjunker och lämnar fina gardiner. Lite söt estrig och kryddig doft med belgisk jäst. Ren smakbild men snygg, en hel del jäst, ok balans som lutar åt det sötare hållet, fruktig sötma och en lätt höig och örtig beska. smak av söta äpplen, honung, pomerans, lite kryddor. Ok
