Clear dark ruby, no head. Intense fresh forest fruit jam, blueberry coulis, wild raspberry, dark honey, liqueur-filled pralines. Taste has sweet-sour blackberry, raspberry, vague strawberry, sourish blueberry, blending together like a fresh jam, structured by the honey profile, with notes of pralines and biscuit, a bit almondy too. Deep fruity finish, berries galore, honey, almond, some woody tannins. Full body, oily-sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Lovely intense fruity stuff, like liquid jam. Dare I say it was the best drink I've had during this BCBS tasting...

Bottle at Generation Craft Ashford. tart fruit raspberry blueberry blackberry you can taste each flavour. sweetness from the mead. intense fruit. it's really good. like high level beverage. stunning.

Fruit punch upfront with a surprisingly tannic acidic finish. Berries go far in this!

Bottle shared on the bus during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours clear purple. Big sweet character, jammy, some grape, berries. Full bodied, chewy. Lightly warming finish, rich honey, lightly tangy berries. Very tasty mead.
