Bottle. Color: Clear copper, mocha head. Aroma: Vinuous, red wine, notes of candy sugar. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tartness. Some sweetness too. Red wine, vinuous, oak wood, hints of vanilla, some candy sugar. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Very nice, well balanced,

330ml bottle from the source, courtesy of Trevor. Cheers. Hazed deep amber. Slim off white head is lasting and semi lacing. Slightly leggy. Nose is big on the Amarone. Chocolate and sweet vine fruit. Tangy red and black cherry. Vinous and leathery oak. Taste is full on fruity tangy bittersweet. Soft vinous acidity. Drinks clean and easy with soft rolling carbonation. Tangy bittersweet finish. It’s bonkers good now, and I can imagine this will only get better. Lovely.

Poured from 330mL bottle (2015 vintage; 13% abv). Hazy orangey amber brown with minimal white head. Woody, mild tartness, dark fruit, touch of vinegar. Maybe a bit old, but flavours still blend nicely.

Flaska från Etre. Vintage 2017, flaskad i maj 2020. Ligger kvar i munnen länge.

Very dark brown, dense creamy tan head. Smell is sour, oaky, some light red fruit. Body is soft, easy, some light carbonation, good thickness. No booze or pucker noticable. Taste is sour, but not sharp. Some sweetness, lots of oak, bit of cherry. Nice!

Bottle (well case actually) from Gleemer Imports in Toronto. The oak and aserbic sour blend together on the inital sip, supported by dried cherries and raisins, and a sweet doughy roasted malt. The sour lingers with the fruit with some staying power. Very nice
