Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, floral hopfig, schwach getreidig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

From bottle at the brewery Braustüberl. Nice fresh hay and grain on the nose. Smooth but quite serious bitterness, light sweetness of malt but well balanced by the earthy hops. Just a tic behind the zwickl on the brewery tour 2h ago, which has a wee bit more fresh grain taste.

Apparently haven't checked this in before. Malty, hoppy, a bit sweet, dry. Clean, some fullgrain cereal, a touch of citrus. Very nice.

16 oz. bottle from Downtown Produce. Pours a hazy gold color with a large, thick white head and great retention. Good lacing. Very bready aroma. Sweet bready and malty flavor to match the nose, with a light touch of honey in the finish. True liquid bread. Super clean and smooth. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Medium body. No bitterness. Another great Ayinger beer.

Bottle. Another that just begins to creep. Nearly clear gold with a lacy white head. Aroma of honeyed hay, the meadow. Quite a lot of body. Rather sweet at first with a little bitterness that it needs to relieve things at the end. Rich malty presence seasoned with spicy, floral and grassy notes. Solid, maybe a little rich for the straight-ahead (though good) flavours it offers.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear straw colour with an off-white head. Aroma of white bread, honey, pasta, sweet corn, dry hay and grass. Flavour of grass, dry hay and white bread. Dry ending with some hops. Has a slick and a little soft mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Malty and tasteful.

Clear yellow color with frothy white head. Malt, grass, hay, earthy aromas. Light bitterness and sweetness. Average body, bit sticky.
