Amber and bright, the aroma is vaguely fruity with a toasty malt character. More malty than hoppy.

Bottle - Pale malts and earthy hops. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Woody vegative hops, a bit skunky and off with some pale malts. For me this doesn’t work and tastes like fresh grass.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear copper with moderate head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of soap and light doughy malts. Flavors of grassy/floral hops and toast. Nothing mush there.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear, orangey yellow with full white head. Light floral hops dominant on the aroma. Cereal grain malt flavour with a bit of floral and grassy hops on the finish. A decent beer all around, but doesn’t really stand out in any way.

Draught at the brewery, 12 oz
Hazy amber color with compact head. The aroma, and even more the flavor, have a character of cereals, husks, grains; the mouthfeel is quite dry, highly carbonated; strong bitterness, but the hops are dusty and resiny, not bright, not fruity. The final is a bit caramelly.
Not a bad beer, but not exactly what was expected.

On tap at a Powell Street, pours a clear golden orange with a medium beige head. Aroma is clean, full of fresh floral hops, some resin and caramel malt. Flavour is much the same, bringing out clear fresh floral hops that dominate the palate. There is some resin and a dry crackery malt backing. Everything is in good balance. Very nice stuff.
