A hazed blonde lager with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet bready malt with light German hops, light mineral notes, light oxidation, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with herbaceous character, light mineral notes, light oxidation, pleasant. Bottle is about 3years old but decent shape.

This was poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearance was a hazy golden yellow color with a two finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving a rocky low lying wake of a head. Messy lacing sticks along the sides.
The smell had a decent sweet grassy hops to light spiciness, reminiscent of rye.
The taste was mainly the same leaving no aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice crisp sessionability about it. Carbonated nicely, it leaves a light spice rolling over my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good premium lager that I would have again.

Bottle - Grassy and fruity grapefruit hops. Hazy pale gold with a rich white head. Sweet grapefruit and mandarin with a nice light bitterness. Finish is clean and crisp with a hint of citrus. Really nice.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a clear gold copper with small beige white head. The aroma is pine, grapefruit, hemp. Medium mouthfeel with nice bitter hop bite and dry finish. Good.

Bottle from Drum Hill Liquors The hops used portion of the label has nothing written on it so I assume it is this version. Pours a slightly hazy light straw color with a huge frothy bone white head that persists forever. Aromas of floral earthy pine and resin with just a hint of bready malt deep underneath. Pine earthy resinous hop flavor with moderate bitterness. Faint bready maltiness. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation. Very nice brew! I am so ready for you to distribute to NH!

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to skim surface leaving soapy lacing. Sweet tropical fruit and resin aromas. Soft with sweet tropical fruit and caramel upfront turning to grapefruit in the lasting finish. Another winner.

Draught at Deep Ellum on 2/27/14
Clear goldenrod colored beer is quite pale with a small, poorly retained white head atop it.
Very acidic in the nose, with mango, pine and dry spruciness really at odds with the very light maltiness. The flavor is more of the same. This beer just dosent stand up any where near close to the hops which seem highly acidic and quite punchy. Lighter carbonation and light bodied with harsh bitterness and strong citrus and pine. Like Cambridge’s Hop X and Hop Y beers. Not really in to these hops as aroma hops at all. Probably would have been much better without any bittering hops in the beer. Difficult to finish the glass.
