Pours a rich copper color and offers melon & citrus aroma and bright
hop flavour to match. The moderate malt character of this beer supports without overwhelming the
delicate hops that highlight the style. FG: 2.5

This ale poured a rich amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, light melon and a little cereal. First swig was nice and malty with flavours of brown sugar hops and syrup. Finish is lightly bitter with that light caramel flavour lingering.

Pours a clean mid-amber colour with a big frothy light-beige head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing all-around. First aromas of cereal malts with bread notes. After a while, turns into caramel malts with more of a butterscotch nose. Kind of on the diacetyl side of things. The taste has the caramel malts, cereal darker grains with the light hops in the finish. The dryness grows as it lingers, but not too crazy. A decent American Pale Ale that is a little unbalanced, but does the job.

A clear golden amber with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light caramel and butterscotch, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light fruity notes, light mineral notes, OK. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2014.
