Balance is what makes our Boont Amber Ale so unique: rich, crystal malts give this beer a deep copper hue and contribute a slight caramel sweetness while the herbal, spicy bitterness from carefully selected whole-cone hops impart a crisp, clean finish. Hints of sun toasted grain, toffee, and fruity esters compliment the mellow, noble hop aroma.

Pours darkish amber with very thick fluffy head, lots of lacing. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste is malt, caramel, dark bread. Short finish with light palate.

Bottle@Voldby Ølmesse - Fuzzy amber pour with medium puffy white head. Sweet malts, caramel, toffee,breadyness, some subtle citrus hops, pine, floral/herbal nuances. Decent.

Nice to taste an amber beer that’s very malty, but in a pleasant way. The malt is balanced by some fruity hops.

Can at The Flying Elk, April 2013. A bit hazy amber with a large, fluffy head. Aroma and taste of caramel, dried fruit, malt and light hops. Medium body and carbonation. Sweet but an ok one.

Bottle from Ales and Lagers, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malty, slightly fruity and a little metallic. The flavour is medium bitter and very malty, with a nice smooth bitter finish for a refreshing session beer.

Bottled 355ml.- at Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Slight hazy amber coloured, small off-white head, malt and caramel in the nose. Surprisingly strong bitter hoppy taste with notes of caramel. Dry bitterish finish. Not bad

Bottle. Pours clear amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hop and caramel. Pleasant flavour comboning the sweetness of malt and caramel with the bitterness of hops. Nice, dry finish. Decent stuff by all means.
