Third, cask ale, shared with Finn at Brewhouse & Kitchen. Minimal head, scattered lacing, hazed apricot coloured body. Smell of dried fruits with a yeasty touch. Taste of wort and yeasty fruitiness. Not in its best condition, about drinkable. (Portsmouth 23.10.2019).

Cask at Brewhouse & Kitchen - Portsmouth during the Isle of Wight Jolly. Pours clear, vibrant amber with a tight, creamy cap. The nose holds pine, herbs, dried fruits and leaves. Light to medium sweet flavor with some floral hops, pine, leaves, minerals, dry grainy bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with toasted grains, leather, wood, earth and leaves. Pretty OK.
