Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of malt notes with some residual sugar notes and faint spicy undertones. Taste is also a mix of faint residual sugar notes with some malt notes and light spicy undertones with some bread yeast ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable Belgian ale but lacking some cohesion between flavors.

6-pack Taster Pack for the long weekend. 7% ABV now pouring a hazy golden colour with lots of very tiny particles through it. The head is slightly warm-white, creamy, long lasting and really sticky, staying put with a nice layer over the glass. Belgian Ale yeast smell with some hints of spices over the golden malts. The taste is malty as well with yeast blending things softly and light spices lingering on the tongue. Cloves over banana notes. What I like about this one is that it is not as rich for this style, make it nicely drinkable.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, light banana, cloves, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light cloves, banana esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Draft - Very aromatic with a flowery perfume. Tropical fruit and mandarin. Cloudy orange with a decent head. Cantaloupe and boozy sweetness. Aggressive yeast profile and effervescent. Different but nice.
