Now under Magnotta Wunder Weisse, pouring a hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy warm cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Malty nose with the banana notes and cloves. Silky smooth mouthfeel with enough hops to have a dryer finish for the style, and not syrupy. Flavours have the spices, hints of bananas and some mineral base. Maybe some mild rustiness. A fairly drinkable Hefeweizen.

Tap at the Manx Ottawa. Hazy yellow blond with a banana and sulfured rotten eggs aroma. Fresh wheat malt with a hint of lemon (due to slug) and a lighter body. Banana taste is on the synthetic side.

Light body. Sweet - icing sugar, some understated banana and phenols. Pale tan, cloudy, not so much head though. Slightly grassy notes, phenols, banana, sweet malts in the aroma. A little wet in the finish. I like the structure, but it's too light on the palate for my tastes.
