On tap at Hardrock 42 in Sudbury. Good orange pour, with nice off white head. Nice hoppy aroma, some good pine, medium to light citrus, and whoa there is a big malt bill backing up these hops. Big notes or caramel malts and grains. The malts and hops do battle again in the finish, the hops are there, but the alts win out and thefinish is quite sweet, with a tad weak bitterness and light citrus. The mouthfeel is a little heavy, but the carbonation is quitegood. Overall a great first attempt.

Can from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy-foamy head, good retention and full lacing. Aromas of grassy hops and light caramel malts. Flavours of bitter grass hops, caramel and roasted burnt malts. Nice dry mouthfeel. This one is done right for an Imperial IPA.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth, but ipa like. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with smooth resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light clover field, nice and smooth. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.

Enjoyed at my first Toronto Session, so understandably my notes are a little hazy. Last beer before I gave up rating and just decided to enjoy the damn beer. Caramel brown beer with a ring of white head. Nose of hops - resin and mild pine, thin malt nose. Taste of resin and carmel malts. Note taking now done, I proceeded with my brother in booze Freaky Tiki to befriend the bff of one of Flying Monkey brewer who sets us up. Drunkenness ensues.

Can - Sweet caramel and some odd phenolic notes. Cloudy copper with a decent beige head. Orange, tropical fruit and lots of sweet malts. Something tastes off.
