Draft - Dark roast, chocolate and some raisin. Jet black with a rich beige head. Dark malts, coffee notes and some dark fruit. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a clear black color porter with a medium size foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of dry roasted notes with some very light coffee notes. Taste is also a mix between some light dry roasted malt notes with some light coffee but no black chocolate notes that I usually like in this style. Body is a bit thin with some average carbonation. Ok overall but a creamier body and more character would have greatly benefited this beer.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A black beer with a brown shine under a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty and very roasted giving it a slight acidic note, also a light coffee note. The flavor is sweet malty and roasted, with a slight acidic note in the back ground. A bit boring.

Opaque black color, small steady creamy expresso head. Light nose with milk chocolate. Dark chocolate and coffee beans in the flavor. Roasted aftertaste. Reasonably coffeish and interesting porter.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 22 Sep 2007) Black colour with firm pale brown head. Roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee and cocoa. Fairly discreet (maybe a bit too cold). Roasted, malty taste with coffee, chocolate and creamy chocolate notes in the finish. Not aggressively bitter, but seductively delicious.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Dark brown, small head. Burnt chocolatey nose. Medium sweet with lots of chocolate and clean mouthfeel. Dark chocolate flavour leads to a cocoa bitter finish. One dimensional perhaps, but really good.
