0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before January 2027. Hazy, very dark ruby to black with a thin, slightly creamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, vinous-fruity aroma of cherry, red wine, caramel and some chocolate. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a little sourish, quite vinous-fruity and a bit spicy taste of caramel, chocolate, cherry, red wine, hints of cinnamon and traces of licorice root, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tartish finish. Medium to full body, smooth mouthfeel, flat. Fairly sweet, not really quad-like, but also nicely fruity and vinous. Overall very tasty!

Draft pours deep reddish brown with thin white head. Silky mouthfeel, nice cherry chocolate flavor, sweet and tart finish. Very nice!!

Bottle 0,33ltr, Café de Keyser, Leiden: Dark brown colored with purple and red glow brew with an dry taste and slightly sweet taste and even sightlier sour taste. Hints of chocolate and cherries, its an kind of Sachertorte in liquid beerform.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Mahogany colour, small but lasting off-white to beige nitro head. Aroma of cherries and marzipan, hints of chocolate. Medium sweet flavour, distinct cherries and marzipan, moderate notes of chocolate. Low bitterness. Not your typical quad.

Smell-weak cherry, fermentation tones. Foam-thin to medium, cherry, malt, sour cherry, weak hops. Head is tiny white, dirty white in color. Appearance-brewer bottle cap, simple label. Clear dark ruby in color. From - pint Taste - weak sour cherry, weak malt, sweetness, sourness and bitterness mixed in. Not bad, maybe a bit odd. Not exactly my cup of tea though.

Clear, copper red, small off-white head. Aroma of cherries and citrus. Did probably not pour it right to activate nitro, so quite flat. Fruity cherry taste, not so much chocolate

33cl bottle. Forgot to activate the nitrogen. Pours dark brown, slightly reddish, with limited beige foam. Aroma is of cherries and lightly acetic. Body is average, with no carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with a very light sour. Final is average in length and intensity, still sweet.
