Draught @ Third Street Aleworks, Santa Rosa. Pours clear dark golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, flowers, fruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, caramel, grassy, fruity hops, Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 200718

Keg at Third Street Aleworks, Santa Rosa, 28/04/14. Clear golden with moderate off white spotting. Nose is pale malts, citric leanings, orange peel, toasted bread, light hops. Taste comprises bitter orange, light caramel, floral hops, light perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close, light hop bitterness in the close. Easy drinking affair but ultimately dull and muted in comparison to other beers in this style.

Draft - Grassy earthy hops. Pale gold with nice white head. Grains, pale malt and some light earthy hops. Light bitterness with a bit of orange and a clean finish. Much too mild for an APA but a good drinkable ale nonetheless.

Cask at the brewpub. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and hops lending it notes of elderflowers, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Am amber ale with a very thin white head. A light cramel malt aroma. In mouth, light crisp malt with very German hops, biscuitty, light and inoffensive. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

Transparent gold/amber with a thin, fizzy white head. Mild aroma, light citrus. Flavor is dry malts, crackers, a touch of hops. Dry finish. Below average.

Cask. Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. A little fruit and caramel in the nose. Medium body, completely flat, a little caramel and fruit - mirabelles. Very discreet bitterness. 110709

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Mild fruity and hoppy aroma with a nice malt base. Fruity and hoppy base flavoured. Bitter and fruity finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Nose of caramel and light grassy, piney hops Clear orange gold with very little head. Flavor is pepperiness, caramel and a bit of bitterness.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a malty slighlty earthy hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty earthy and slighty floral hoppy flavor. Has a sweetish malty finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.
