On tap at the Ottawa Beerfest. Pitch black with a film of beige for a head. Nice roasty bourbon in the nose at first followed by sour tart notes. Nice. Very round carbonation and a soft mouthfeel, the taste is oaky, bourbon, tart cherries then roastiness. Very good stuff.

Thanks to my friend Andre for this one. Pours a pitch black-brown colour with a deep beige head. Pour a sweet atoms of butterscotch over the roasted malt with hints of candy, coffee and nuts. The alcohol is well-balanced with an burning. Roasted malt taste with the hints of candy and coffee. Pretty sweet overall, but goes down nicely.
