Black with a very short lived tan head. Aroma of big raspberry, tart and sweet, dark chocolate, roast coffee, light seaweed and caramel. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy sour. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation. Turns more like balsamic vinegar the more you drink.

#14000. Draft glass + sample @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria during Billi”s turns 5! Black syrup with no head. Nose is pure raspberry, much like the sour cherry version this is all fruit but here it actually works all raspberry with cacao & coffee syrup in the back. The base is lost here but instead you get spectacular raspberry with real pits, fruit & even raspberry acidity and finish is all cacao nibs, coffee, chocolate, mocha, thick fruit & chocolate syrup body, it shouldn’t work but it does amazing fruit beer basically, I miss sort of Bearded Lady but I also really liked this beer.
