On a flight at the brewpub on 12th August 2025. Teak red body, clean and clear, off-white crown. Nice looking malty brew with a decent hop bitterness and without any citrus fruits being harmed during the brewing is always a good thing.

On tap. Pours a mahogany color with light head. Aromas of caramel, trail mix, and bready malts. Flavors of kinda fruity dried stoned fruit, mineral water, bread crust, and metallic malts. OK

On tap at Spinnakers, pours a hazy orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready malt, some butterscotch and a touch of diacetyl. Flavour is pretty much identical, with butterscotch, a touch of diacetyl and English bready malt. Clean enough, minus the diacetyl. Not great but not bad.

Cask - Toasted malts and toffee. Clear dark brown with a decent off white head. Roasted malts, nutty and some grain. Very smooth and well balanced, not bitterness but no significant sweetness either. Classic English style. Easy drinking.

Has a velvet-amber body with a decent head, though a little light. Strong swampy aroma with a hint of corn and lemon. Flavour is a lot of lemon-ness with a hint of watery malt and bitter grass on the back end. Doesn’t taste skunked, just tastes unbalanced. Needs a little more of everything.

Decently done. Pours brown clear with lacing and some head. A little bitter, some malt. Not very interesting but that’s the whole style’s goal. Average carbonation. On tap at brewpub.
