Formerly Buckerfields Extra IPA.
If your wish is for hops, then this is your genie in a bottle. Awesome aromas of citrus, pine and fruit, finished with heaps of hoppy bitterness.

Bottle (many thanks to Jonas!!!): Amber coloured, a bit unclear, big fluffy and stable off-white head; aromatic hoppy and delicate sweet caramelly nose with a light bready (brioche?) touch; moderate to solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, smooth; never ending bitter-hoppy and bready finish. Nice brew......

(bottle, 65cl, as Swans Extra IPA, with greetings to Jonas!) Hazy, amber colour with a mid-sized and slightly beige foamy head. Slightly sweet caramel-malty and shy yeasty aroma with notes of brioche, as well as fruity, spicy and slightly sweaty hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Robust cara-malty base with brioche-like and fruity hoppy notes; dry-ish bitter-sweet malty and aroma-hoppy finish. 03.III.10

tap at the brewpub (or cask? they didn’t say, but mouthfeel was similar to cask ales) - This orangish-amber colored ale has a light hoppy aroma that could have used some more aromatic hops. The thin head lingered and left some lacing. A crisp hop flavor with good malt balance and mild pine notes is complemented by a lightly carbonated, medium bodied palate. The finish is pleasantly bitter. Nice beer.

Bottle. Hazy amber, low off-white head. Fairly fruity, sweet fullness with a fitting pine and grass hop profile. Feels a bit green.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a thin white head. Grapefruit aroma. Grainy malt flavor over citrus hops. Lighter bodied and easy drinking.

Golden-amber colour. Slighlty woody aroma. Sweetish start - syrupy but then turns very bitter late with hints of woody dryness...but still residual sweetness that clashes with the hops. Cloying IPAs...not my thing.
