Amber, medium head. Aroma is just all kinds of big chewy malts, alcohol, bubblegum...they wasted mosaic in this? Fuck. Yeah, all chewy and boozy...where’s that hop?

Bottle: Poured an orange amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus hops with some sweet undertones is enticing enough. Taste is dominated by citrus hops with a sweet malt backbone and some light tropical fruits notes are also noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A bit short on hops complexity but still very drinkable. Maybe a tad too sweet for my taste as well.

2020-02-24, can from Firefly, Vancouver, 8-5-8-4-16=41
Copper to amber colour, slight haze. Very nice aroma of biscuity malts, with a touch of piney hops. Very good malt base, it's delicately biscuity and toasty, without being too sticky or caramel-heavy; it's moderately sweet, with fruity hops to follow, a bit of candy, and balanced sweetness.
A rather old style DIPA, but well done.

Hazy copper to amber color. The aroma is very resiny and piney. The mouthfeel is lean, the malt is quite delicate, although there is a light grainy note; the hopping is resiny, hint of botter orange peel and cedar peel, but it could be just brighter.
Very good.

Cloudy amber color, with bright light, and compact head. Extremely fruity IIPA, quite sweet but not cloying, with a rich malt and light-colored caramel flavor; loads of mango and sweet orange; it has a lot of character but less of the animal character associated to Mosaic.
This one turned out to be deeply pleasing.

Hazy amber color with compact head. The aroma is powerful and fruity, mango with a splash of passion fruit, and light sweat, good Mosaic expression. Strong body, round mouthfeel; toffee malt flavor, moderately sweet, with potent hopping, quite fruity and resiny, although a bit heavy in the final, possibly some vegetable bitterness.
Solid beer.

Murky light amber color with compact head. The hops express a Nice fruity aroma. Soft mouthfeel, delicate carbonation, nice toffee malts, strong resiny character.
A bit too yeasty, but still very pleasant.

Bright light amber color with compact head. Classic Mosaic aroma, well expressed: fruity, tropical, musky. Lean body, with moderate residual sweetness, malty and a bit caramelly, not overusing the darker malts, an therefore allowing the clear hop presence, which is enough fruity and resiny. Maybe a bit chewy in the final.
I would love to try a version with paler malts, but it's already very good as is.

Draft - Grapefruit and tropical fruit, mango is crazy on this. Cloudy orange with a rich thin head. Grapefruit galore, just so much it is overwhelming. I love it. Rich a long finish, I can't say enough. Well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark, cloudy amber with light head. Aromas of grapefruit, toffee, and dough. Flavors of pine/spruce, resin, lemons, toasted malts, and a bit of brown sugar. Very nice DIPA

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small off-white head. Lovely hoppy aromatics, with pungent notes of piney resinous hops, caramel, and floral notes. Flavour is wonderfully hoppy, with loads of floral hops, pine, caramely biscuity malt, and a little resin. Very hoppy flavour with little astringency, but more like a fresh bouquet of flowers mixed with hoppy pine cones. Fantastic balance, but still wonderfully hoppy. Awesome stuff. The quality of this drops off a lot after a few weeks -- becoming more candied and malt-driven -- so drink this as fresh as possible.
