Off white head on an orange golden body. The nose has some soft tropical hops and a touch of brown sugar. It is fair to call this a hybrid American/British IPA. Slightly earthy hops with tropical fruity elements lead the taste. Biscuity caramel malt, pepper and orange peel add to the profile.

Im able to find some nice citric hops in here, if i look hard.......everything is burried in a cloud of buttery diacetyl! The finish has a great sharp bitterness but the diacetyl just wont die! Its clouding everything. There is a top knotch ipa in here, it just needs to be cleaned up.

Tap at Beau’s. Orange gold color, piney aroma, dry finish and it delivers a solid IPA. Being fresh helps.

Amber with a slight haze. Sort of a stewed fruit hop nose, with caramelly malts. Bitter, and deep chewiness with caramel and just a long, bitter finish. Not bad, though it certainly lacks refinement.

600mL bottle, pours a hazy clear orange amber with a small off-white head. Nose is very fruity, with lots of oranges, resinous British hops, and caramel biscuity malt. Flavour has a weird onion-y quality, with oranges and bitter British hops. Pretty lame stuff, with a bizarre vegetal quality to it. Not good.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a clear amber with a pillowy beige head that leaves a slight lace. Aroma is more caramel than hoppy. Taste is light and sweet with little evidence of hop bitterness. Creamy body with lively carbonation.

Bottle - Grassy and citrus hops. Clear copper with a foamy white head. Grassy hope, a nice balanced malt and bitter finish. A bit of spice and the malts really shine in the middle. A nice IPA.

Keg at Kick Off, Waterloo, Ontario, 28th April 2013. Not bad, a little too fizzy in the palate, drinks well though, the flavour is nice, not overly assertive, drinkable, but not my sort of IPA
