Draft - Sweet and tropical fruit. Copper with a thin white head. Up front bitterness and pineapple with and a long bitter finish. Not sure what they were aiming for but I like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at BeerTown, Waterloo, Ontario, 29th April 2013. Very tasty, sweet pineapple tones up front, then the bitterness kicks in well, lovely IPA

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A light nose of sweet fruity hops. A very nice mellow flavor of tropical fruit, caramel, dry at times, light pine and bitterness. Very good.

Found this one in the singles, at the LCBO (but usually comes in a 6-pack). Pours a clean golden-amber with a big frothy and creamy off-white head. Very long lasting and loads of soapy lacing. Nice fresh cascade hop nose at first pour. The last pour delivers a bit of the fruit juice and the beer becomes very slightly hazy. Weird that it is written "Unfiltered beer. Pour gently to leave sediment at the bottom". I really don’t see much, and without the bottom, I would of never had the pineapple scent. Even the taste does not give out much of the fruit. Good hop bitterness, mild dryness, with notes of citrus zest. If I had not read the description, I would of never know that pineapple juice was used in here. It is a nice West Coast Pale Ale though.

Bottle: Poured a bright amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of floral and citrus hops with light pineapple notes. Taste is also dominated by loads of citrus and hoppy notes with medium bitter aftertaste. Pineapple juice notes is quite subtle but bring a nice touch. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed and interesting approach to say the least.

Bouteille 355ml.

Draught at C’est What, Toronto
Amber color, clean, with creamy head. Mild aroma, some hop. Smooth mouthfeel, quite good malt and toffee flavor, with nice citrusy hopping, and long final.
Not impressive, but pleasant.
