We pay homage to you with a beer that’s the best of both worlds. This jet black brew has all the toasted malty flavors you would want out of a dark beer, without the typical heavy body and mouthfeel. Each sip is clean and dry, making this beer very easy drinking.

Bottle: Nearly black with a small tan head. Chocolate roast, black tea aroma. Flavour is cola, a neutral (as in bitter-to-sweet) chocolate malt. Gets a lot more rich and sweet as it warms,,,, Nice, easy, leafy bittering. Full bodied and rich......VERY good.

Bottle. So, this is a lager and its a black Schwartz. I like both, and together its a dark friendly lager, yum. It looks big and black fer sher. Lots of easy dark beer attitude with an adaptable dark lager feel. Tasty. Pretty good civilized stuff, thank you! Gentle, civilized dark beer, forget about imperial stout, my ratebeerian friend; kahlee-mennos! Yezzz, DC, not bad.

Bottle bought in St Pete, FL. Opaque dark brown color with a tight beige head and decent retention. Minimal lacing. Dark roasted malts nose. Medium body. Smooth and clean, almost flat mouthfeel. Slightly creamy. Great tasting roasted flavor. Simple and delicious. New favorite.

Bottle. Chocolate malt and hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet chocolate fudge, malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Lightly roasted malts, a bit of smoke, cocoa, earthy notes. Light body. Roasty finish. A nice Schwarz.
