Imperial Apple & Cinnamon Brown Ale „Štrůdl“. Jak už název napovídá, snažili jsme se napodobit chuť snad asi toho nejoblíbenějšího dezertu v naší zemi. Použili jsme čerstvý nepasterizovaný jablkový mošt z Moštárny Louny, skořicový sirup a laktózu (pro vyšší konečnou sladkost piva). Proč péct, když si člověk může dát místo dezertu pivo? :)

330 ml bottle @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Dark brown. Some apple, some cinnamon, some brown sugar, some dry citrus, caramel. Bittersweet. Medium bodied, a bit watery texture, dry finish, not spectacular.

Draft tasting glass @ 20 PIP Craft Beer Pub in Prague. Found another apfelstrudel inspired beer. Dark ruby brown, creamy tanned. Nose is weird sweet herbal syrup. Taste is coffee, thin grainy, chemical strange apple, medicinal, syrup, unbalanced in spice, weird, all over the place.

Draught at Dno pytle. Lightly cloudy, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- strongly spicy, cinnamon, chocolate, caramel. FLAVOR- very smooth, slightly sweet, slightly bitter, fruity, plums, raisins, caramel. Medium bodied.
