Tap at Brewsrok. Hazy yellow body, white head. Smells like dried plums, smoke and peppers. Similar taste, dried plums, pleasantly salty, smoke and mild heat building up. Nice!

Bottle from brewery. pale yellow golden color with thin white head. Aroma of chees, funky, bayrnard. lacto sour taste with cheesy, funky notes, with light salt. Good.

Bottle from the brewery. There is a definite original funky character in this one, a bit like cheese, a bit socks, a bit good old funk. The lactic fermentation was real in this one, let to produce a bit of weirdness. There is not too much, I think it works well, though people used to uber-clean lactos could be disappointed. Thin body, med-high carbonation (despite poor head retention ofc). Easy drinking, slightly salty feeling, despite no salt used probably. Good one.

Draft tasting glass @ 20 PIP Craft Beer Pub in Prague. Clear golden, syrupy very white head. Nose is vomit, overly salty, spoiled yoghurt. Taste is yoghurt, salt, vomit, yoghurt, citrus, lemonade,.. Overly salty, dash yoghurt gose. Still somewhat okay and there are worse takes on the style out there y some renown breweries.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- very decent, sour, salt, touch of dough, a bit spicy. FLAVOR- pleasantly sour, neutral to dry, slightly salty, salt, touch of spices and herbs. Light to medium bodied.
Decent, clean, balanced, perfect.
