Can. Brown in color with a typical nitro fizz. Aroma is mainly coffee. Taste is also mainly coffee.

Dark pour with thin foam. Coffee nose. Robust coffee roast and nutty flavor. Coffee palate

Grabbed sixer from Publix. Fine brown pour one finger head. Nose is light earth and coffee. Tastes coffee, earthy, caramel, dark fruit. Thin bodied and watery.

On Tap medium brown color and a find even thin skin of micro bubbles. Light toasted malts and a gentle soft coffee aroma and flavor. Very drinkable and a touch of chocolate to go with the coffee. Probly the best and easiest drinking coffee beer Ive had.

Can. A- Watery coffee. A- Brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Watery coffee, milky. P- Light body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, bland finish. O- Get the typical nitro blandness. Coffee is there but not much other than a mild sweetness and generic black coffee flavor that is still light. The nitro makes it thin and flat and provides for no enjoyment.

16 oz. Aroma is coffee, vanilla, dark bread. Pours hazy root beer brown with a one finger beige head with excellent retention, leaving sheets of lace.. Taste is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, faintly tart, with flavors of coffee, vanilla, bread. Carbonation is very faint, but it's a little more there than what you get from those widget cans. Pretty good flavors, but I like more carbonation.

Tap at bowsers. Not black, looks more like darker iced tea than a black coffee brew. Smell is coffee like many coffee beers. Taste is not overly strong with coffee and I'm glad its not too much black coffee thank you. It is a coffee beer but its not in yer face and it hides the 5% pretty well.

Ever so softly light brown coloured body with a softer, almost pure white head, that doesn't really look or sound like nitrogen, but should be, at least according to the front of the can. Aroma of light coffee, a soft malt and grain scent and a good deal of lighter yeast and bready qualities with some sugars as well towards the end. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong coffee flavour at first with some light lactose notes, a light bitterness as well from the coffee, but a smooth grainy and biscuity malt component that shows nicely. Aftertaste shows some of the coffee and bitterness with a softer malt and creamy, lactose flavour with a touch of alcohol towards the end. Overall, a nice and still soft beer that shows a lot of coffee flavours, while being easy-drinking and showing some lactose. However, I didn't get the nitrogen feeling or look from this one, just pure carbon dioxide. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Giant Food in Arlington (Columbia Pike), Virginia on 20-Dovember-2019 for US$1,87 sampled on the streets of New York, New York on 06-December-2019.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours clear dark brown with a slight beige head. Aroma of coffee with a hint of milkiness. Med body or so. Flavor is very coffee with somewhat roasty malt. Kind of a milky aspect. I am not thinking that cream ales are supposed to have cream, but this is much tastier than many correct versions. Dry. Coffee bitter. Nice flavor.
