This Pilsner is modeled after the classic bohemian Pilsners of Europe. We use high-quality Pilsner malt to lend the beer a nice delicate flavor and aroma. We add classic Czech hops to give a slightly spicy cedar nose with a light floral finish. This delicately malted, easy-drinking beer was our tribute to the 2015 World Ski Championships.

Bottle. I must have had a bad beer. When I opened it it foamed out all over the place and didn’t quit until half the beer was gone. The beer itself was extremely cloudy. The taste and aroma was all that bad, but I bet if it was a fresh beer it would have been much better.

Bottled. Heavily carbonated. Dry malt and light hop flavors. This needs more hops.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Fairly hazy, pale gold. Thin, dissipating, white foam. Nose has cereal malts. Some grassy, herbal hop. Hint of citrus. Taste has a light sweetness, with low, leafy, grassy bitterness. Light to medium body. Fine carbonation. A little dry. Soft, herby bitter finish. Decent.

Bottle from Worldwide Alcohol, Chelmsford. Pours pale yellow gold with a huge foamy lasting white head. Aroma of hop, citrus, yeast, grass, flowers malt and bread. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium to light body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Finishes with some lingering bitterness. A pretty decent pilsener.

Golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Moderate sweet and a decent bitterness. Malty, herbal and a fine citric touch. Quite refreshing and ok pilsner.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clissold Wines, Stokey. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Nice aroma, mixing biscuits with cereal, grass and hay. Light-medium sweet flavour with rounded pale bread character, more biscuits, low bitterness, hints of lemon, white bread crust, more cereal, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Reasonably crisp on the finish, with more restrained grassy bitterness, biscuity sweetness, crunchy hay. Nice pils.

Bottle. Peach, lemon, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with explosively giant white head. Mildly sweet vegetal biscuit malt and moderately bitter metallic hay flavor. Okay body. Harsh flavor I find unpleasant.
