Bottle. Pale gold in color. Just weak and watery in both taste and aroma. Not good.

12oz bottle labeled as 'Light Blonde'. Pours dark golden with a small white head that dissipates quickly, light lacing. Sweet grains, wheat, straw, apples, honey. Much sweeter than I expected. Not refreshing.

348 18 stamped on the bottom of the bottle. That's not good.

It pours a clear straw gold with an excellent head of foam.

It smells sweet, vegetal, corny. Not too good.

Corny, slightly sweet, bit of lemon, thank goodness it's light flavoured: intensified, I might like it less.

Watery mouthfeel.

Single bottle, thankfully.

12 ounce bottle, 6/9/19. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grassy hops, a bit of skunk, pale malt. Taste is grassy hop, pale malt. Thin, mild bitterness. Meh. But I guess that's what they're going for.

In United Flieger. Dose. Helles Zitronengelb, schnell auflösender Schaum, Aroma: Hopfen, Zitrone, Etwas Malz. Sehr dünner Antrunk, wie Zitronensprudel, wenig Bitter, eher sauer als Malzsüsse, die aber im Hintergrund vorhanden ist.

Cans as Shiner Light Blonde. It's a pretty decent beer. I mean - it tastes like a pale lager, with light flavor, hint of graininess. It is probably not all-malt, but almost tastes like it is, though. Clean, drinkable. I'd say it's above average when it comes to seeking out a lighter, simpler beer.

Brooklyn Steel, Brooklyn tap: pours super pale gold with a white head. Aroma is super light lager. Taste is slightly more than water. That said not really all that bad. Nothing offensive.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow color with a large foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy, grainy and a bit dry with a hint of cooked rice. The flavor was tangy with a hint of grape and a dry, grain and rice presence. Medium length finish. Light body. Bland.
