Clear and pale yellow pour. Carbon fizz. Some mild grass and a hint of hops but otherwise pretty boring.

Bottle. Clear, golden color. Nice head. Taste and aroma is like most large monster brewery lagers.

It's okay, it's a perfectly fine pilsner that goes down easy.

12oz twist off cap bottle pours with a crystal clear watery gold body that supports a semi loose off white head of foam. The aroma offers up floral hops, some cracker, a spicy yeasty sort of spicy hoppy note and then some green malt sweetened lime. The taste delivers nice crisp bitter slightly lemon like acidic notes with floral hops, spicy hoppiness and then a slight bitter lime like citrus sensation. To midway it picks up a mild cracker note to go along with some smooth sweet malts. Pretty nice lager.

12 oz bottle sent for review. I do like to see a stiff white head that can rise above the edge of a glass like a meringue. There’s a clear gold color that’s right in style with the average pils beer. Not much hop in the nose, instead the bready malt of a light lager, and a slight sweetness. The label explains that this is made with extra doses of familiar pilsener hops: Hallertau and Czech Saaz. There’s a light soda cracker malt taste. I may have waited too long for the hops, though, as there is not a very noticeable hop load. Just enough bitterness, though, to keep any sweetness in, um "Czech." In fact, the bottle only lists an IBU of 30, so it’s not a tongue numb-er like other hoppy beers. So this is another light lager that I would hope is still around in the summer. Worth burning through a sixer while out at the lake.

Nice job! Twist off. Just like most other craft real old country american whannah beez but a little more like the real old country pilsner. Yes, much respect for shiny on this one! Look is a little pale yellah of course. Not as good as Erie Brewing Hard Cock Pilsner, Bavik Premium Pils, Carlsberg Pilsner or Warsteiner Premium Verum; but hey, its pretty good!

bottle - Pours clear gold with a small white head. There’s a mild aroma of bready malt and earthy hops. It’s light bodied, fairly crisp, and has mild hops bitterness. It’s a decent beer.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, best before 3/30/2016. Pours crystal clear golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and pepper. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and pepper. Moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, and pepper on the finish for a short bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from carbonation and bitterness. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly sticky, and lightly grainy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Super clean on lager flavors with zero yeast notes present. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a nice standard German Pilsener style. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and clean to drink. This was advertised as a hoppy pilsener, but it wasn’t too much more hoppy that I expected it to be. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle from Kroger. Pours golden with a small whitehead. Grassy, lightly floral, lightly skunk aroma. Taste is exact the same. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz twist off bottle given to me by my In Laws. The pour is clear golden with a 1/2 inch white head. The aroma is corn, vegetal, softly bitter with some mineral and toast malt towards the back. The taste is the toasted malt, earth, some soft hop spice and general grain. The taste is cleaner than the nose. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and mineral spice hop in the finish. Body flattens out some as it warms. Easy drinking enough.
