Bottle. Got this in a Mexican 24 pack at Costco. Dark golden color with a medium head. Aroma is grains, with just a wisp of a fruity smell. Taste was surprisingly refreshing that was not overpoweringly sweet or weird. Nice beer.

12 fl oz bottle into an Angry Orchard glass at my Son-in-Laws in California on 2nd Feb 2017. Golden pour, thin white head. Fairly sweet brew with refreshing feel, glad there is no tequila like flavours from the Blue Agave. Actually it’s an OK beer, my sweet tooth quite liking the smooth mouthfeel and taste.

Big thanks to Mr B for this one! 12 oz bot. Lots of visible co2 in a pale beer. Co2 sizzle carries over to the palate. No real bitterness except perhaps for some slight agave spice flavor. Not enough agave to make it medicinal. Slight metallic aroma. Not bad overall, could drink a few of these. Well behaved lager with minimum agave seasoning. Glad to have the chance to try this new beer!

From a bottle. A little bit sweet, I can taste some agave but it is not a tequila flavor, and I don’t think it does anything to improve this beer. It is light and drinkable enough, but not particularly enjoyable. Some sweetness, which I will attribute to the wheat.

A weird adjuncty sweetness and cinnamon spiciness, no pick up on agave, but not sure what I should be looking for. Not a fan.

Bottle. Corn, barley malt aroma with light agave. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet agave, barley malt and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Dos Equis with a bit of extra sweetness.

Bottle: Slightly hazed yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Wheat, lime, corn scent. Taste is sweet grain/corn malts, wheat...sweet agave nectar..... Overly sweet....not a great improvement or addition to the standard model.

12oz bottle. Didn’t realize this was a different beer. Thought the blue label was strange. Aroma was light coriander, sweet nectar. Flavor was actually very similar to a Blue Moon. Not awful, but not super great either.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours an almost clear dark yellow with a half finger of white head. Aroma of corn and grains, but with a hint of something sweet. Wheat, possibly coriander. A little orange. Taste is light sweet, follows aroma. Medium bodied with a surprisingly creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Pretty darn good.
