Very strong Aromas of clove and banana. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose with some odd things in there like medicinal and stale bread. Okay body and Finish like flavors.

Can. A- Fruity esters, wheat, lemon, lavender, soap. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Banana, bubble gum, clove, lemon, wheat, subtle black pepper. P- Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A solid representation of the style. Too easy to drink. I don’t think I made the can last even a full 10 mins and that was with me trying to take my time to enjoy it. Maybe not my favorite hefe but I could drink this anytime, anywhere.

Sampled from the tap at the O’so brewery. Pours a clear very light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and sweet grains with a good amount of Belgian yeast. Flavor has sweet grains, sweet light fruits and Belgian yeast.

Tap at the brewery, Friday evening before Great Taste, 2015. Yellow and lightly opaque. A little sweet. Some banana and a little bubblegum. Flavors are a little light, as well as the palate. I am surprised to see this rated where it is. It is a decent beer.

Pour is a bright hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is what, yeasty and creamy. Flavor is again a chewy wheat with some baana anc clove in the backround. Finish is a bit heavier than a normal wheat beer but has plenty of wheat malt flavor. This was pretty good.
