Can 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Very solid citrusy aroma. Medium body, an initial fruity sweetness, a hint of yeast and a solid bitter finish. Way more IPA than Witbier! And I couldn't really find the melon anywhere. But very refreshing indeed. 290518

Beaverfest Day 2. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Thin palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin sweetish malts. Floral kick off in to a mild melon mid. Very mild lemon underneath. Light dry finish. Okay.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day juan, 08/09/17. Light golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is melon balls, straw, custard tart, bready notes. Taste comprises citric peel, melon, toasted grains, wheaten bread, straw, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light fruit tang. Decent for style.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours hazy gold with a fluffy, white head. Nice juicy grapefruit aroma, along with flakes of wheat and lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with more wheat notes, mellow rindy bitterness, nips of white grape. Light bodied with average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, some subtle grass, more wheat bread, grapefruit and lemon pith. Enjoyable stuff.
