Foamy white head on an unclear golden coloured body. Malt & chalky aroma. Medium bodied, smooth soft & cloying. Fruity, herbal, pine & bitter lightly hopped tastes. That's a great Pilsner.

Tap at their Stehausschank. Misty yellow-golden body, lasting white head. Soft, minerally, flowery aroma, herbal. Soft taste, flowery, mildly citric, bit yeasty, grainy, minerally, clean yeastiness. Wouldn't call it a pils honestly blindly tasting it at fiest, but it does have a nice hoppy profile and the bitterness does break through baaaarely. Very good lager though.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimally spicy, pale malty and slightly herbal-grassy, minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon balm, nettle, a touch of old lemon peel. Taste is mildly bitter, grassy and minimally citrusy hoppy, hints of nettle, slightly spicy, pale malty background. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively beefy, pronounced hop flavours, pleasant grassiness - good.

Bottle online from Beer Merchants. 33ml bottle. Label says 5.5% abv. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/straw colour with a large fluffy white head. Aromas of light grains, grass and citrusy lemon. Taste is again lemony with a bit more grain, some floral and mild fresh grassy hops on the finish. Quite malty tasting for a Pils. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Modern style Pils. Not bad but i would have liked a bit more of a hoppy bite on the finish.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2022) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was large, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. A clean and tasty grassy brew.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow with a small, creamy white topping. Tasty, easygoing, fresh biscuity malts, subtle bitter hay. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Balanced, bready finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Beer Merchants online. Lovely looking this. Opaque yellow gold with a tight white lasting head. Nose has bready malt. Light sulphur notes. Slightly spicy hop. Taste is bittersweet with a lick of sourness. Chewier than some pils, with bright fizz. Slight sour bitterness to finish. A bit of an oddity really.
