Bottled. Some blackberries - duh, otherwise pretty damned unimpressive. Not necessary.

Bottle. Clear, deep amber with a hint of purple. Aroma only had hints of blackberry. Taste had even less blackberry. Not really very tart and not really all that sweet. Just kind of average.

Pours a slightly hazy copper from a bottle, moderate off-white head. Aroma of dark berries, flavor similar. Chocolate malt is a little out of left field, kind of okay, kind of out of place. Good beer.

Pour is a cola brown with a small white head. Aroma is berry, not much else. Flavor is a slight berry but overall just sweet sugar water. Not real complex but very sweet.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear ruby color with a small white head. A light sugary berry nose. Light dark toffee and chocolate malts, odd berries, almost like overripe sugary flavors. Not very natural. Yeasty. Bizzare brew really. Somewhat drinkable. Tastes a bit like glue flavored with berries.

355ml Bottle consumed in a garden close to Newport Beach, California on 13th March 2014. I didn’t like it much! I prefer my beers to have the basic ingredients and not have fruit/herbs/flowers/sugar/pastry/vegetables/grits or whatever thrown in the mask a poor brew. This obviously had something added to make it taste slight sour yet blackberry sweet (like a blackberry?). It was sunny and warm outside so this did me no harm but it isn’t my thing: the Short Strawberry beer I had next was even worse (IMHO).
Taste similar to flavored water.

Location: 12 oz bottle at a Super Bowl Party, 2/2/14
Aroma: The nose is fruity/blackbeery, wheat, and some other malty notes
Appearance: It pours a reddish-amber color with a fizzy beige head and minimal lace
Flavor: The taste is more sweet than it is tart, berries, wheat, and not much else
Palate: The body is light and a little watery, with a fizzy carbonation
Overall Impression: This beer was about as good as the game was... All kidding aside, this is fine for what it is, but it's a little mislabeled. It just isn't all that tart. It's a blackberry fruit beer.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a plum-brown color with a medium sized foamy tan head that faded and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was musty and dusty with a bit of bread and berry. The flavor was sweet and tangy blackberry, cardboard, must and hints of bread and cracker. Medium length sweet and tangy berry and must finish. Medium body. Ok.

Rated two nights ago. 12 oz bottle from the summer variety pack. Aroma is doughy, blackberries starting to go rancid, stale Wheaties, generic beer. Pours clear copper with a medium creamy off-white head with good retention. Taste is bland wheat ale with blackberries not as prominent as they should be. Starts out a little sweet before turning a little tart. Mouthfeel is creamy, carbonation is fairly soft, body medium to thin; starts to get pretty flat 3/4 of the way through the glass. Below average crowd pleaser with little substance.
