Tap at Beer Geek. The wit character is rather hidden. This is mostly a good classic lambiek - lots of brett, barnyardy, med-light bubblegum. Hints of curacao and coriander. Pretty good but I am not sure if it suceeds in being a wit lambiek.

Tap @Basement Beer Bar, Ålleren. Clear golden, small white head. Funky barnyard aroma, light citrus and brett. Funky flavour, slightly citric but also some sweet citrus.

Nice funk and some herbal notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light herbal, sweet, sour and a touch of funk. Aromatic and quite easy drinking.

[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Yellow session. Clear golden. Barnyard, oak, a bit of spiciness, fruity, citric, sour. Very good.

At Lya. Murky golden, some white head. Dry, matches, light wood, some citrus peel coming from underneath. Interesting clash of the rough wildness and the citrus/maybe coriander undertones. Taste... sour citrus flavored tea, orange notes, tea, maybe coriander again, sourish but soft. A bit on the lighter side but quite sublime. This crossover, though obviously a lambic lite in some ways, just works!
Nice stuff. As you’d expect. Nice dirtiness. Mouth drying.

Draft. An amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of brett, orange peal, coriander, perfume, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of spices, orange peal, coriander, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

15 July 2020. At Dok Brewing Company. Cheers to Annelies & Lara! Clear orange with a quickly thinning, white head. Aroma of orange peel, wet straw, funky apricot, gooseberry, coriander, unripe peach. Taste has sour peach, apricot, bittersweet orange peel, a bit spicy with a funky, hay-like backbone. Funky, grassy hoppy finish, spicy with end-of-stonefruit tartness, a tad more bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Interesting take on the style.
