30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2119) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Aroma: nice, soft roast, lots of alcohol, bit fruity, lots of chocolate milk, some more roasted notes on warming up. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic start, floral, fruity, dry, lots of blackberries? Aftertaste: very acidic, earthy, fruity, harsh acidity overplaying the roasted flavours. Nice complexity, not bad, but would’ve preferred a little less acidic.
