Billie’s Beer Fest ‘19. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of vanilla, fudge and milk chocolate. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Pitch black pour with a small tan head. Notes of toffee, maple, whiskey barrel, oak. A bit boozy, but otherwise very nice.

Aroma: lovely, lots of vanilla, sweet, sugary, crème brûlée, caramel, milk chocolate, bit oxidized, some cinnamon, nice stuff. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: very sweet and sugary, milk chocolate, some lactose, more chocolate, some caramel, lots of vanilla, bit oxidized. Aftertaste: sweet, sticky, alcohol, sugary, some hot chocolate milk. Nice one, but a little too sweet maybe.

650ml bottle. Sweet, syrupy and slightly roasty with some bourbon, vanilla, cocoa, pecan and chocolate. Thick and quite balanced.
