Brewed with a similar malt grist to our Polly's collab DIPA, featuring a slight variant in the type of oats used, different fermentation profiles and of course different hop combinations. Dazed and Awake is dry hopped with Azzaca, El Dorado, Ekuanot and Mosaic, all towards the end of fermentation giving a plethora of white tropical fruit flavours such as lychee, guava, pear and a touch of clementine, all on a silky sweet body.

Can at home, picked up online, 29/03/20. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is ripe melon, grass, papaya, grapefruit, sweet malts, mandarin. Taste comprises orange pith, light chalky mineral presence, bitter citric flesh, melon, light weed, pine dusting, mandarin, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Ok DIPA but far from North's best hop work … maybe not super fresh but I only got this 2 weeks back from an online delivery … choose your distributors well !

Can at home, 23rd February 2020. Pours a hazy orange beer. Aroma is orange, onion, citrus pith. Taste is orange, musky, vegetal, onion, dry and light bitter finish. Very good

Can thanks to RichTheVillian: Poured a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is citrus. Taste is grapefruit and smooth hoppy.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy yellow, nose is lemon, toffee, onions, taste is sweet, fruity, grassy.

Can, 8%. Unclear dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, fruit peel, orange and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, orange, grapefruit, medium sweet, pine, fruit peel and medium bitter.
