Sour blonde ale with cherums and jasmine flower aged in oak barrels
When a cherry and a plum have a baby they call it a cherum. When a cherum and a beer make sweet music, we call it Cherum Jazz. Built on the backbone of our barrel-aged sour blonde ale with a little bit of Train to Beersel blended in, we used a touch of jasmine flower to bring a sweet and delicate aromatic profile and we think it really sings.

Aroma: very funky, acidic, nail polish, fruity. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: super acidic, dry, fruity, grapes, tannins, pretty bitter, not too bad. Aftertaste: tannins, fruity, nice stuff, not great though.
