On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2021. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour, vomitino e pipì di gatto. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente pesantemente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, arancia rossa, albicocca, mandarino, mango, pipì di gatto, cuoio, lampone, ciliegia e acetoso.

On tap at the brewpub. This is the 2023 vintage. Pours a clear gold, small head. Aroma is apricot, thyme, floral, honey. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, slightly sweet and sour. Intense creamy apricot flavour, light lactose note, earthy in the finish. Lovely complexity but also so much fresh and intense apricot. Lovely.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, light funk, tart fruit, apricot, citrus. Flavor is lightly sour, light malt, tart fruity, apricot and citrus. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. Nice drinkability. 210823

Apricot and lime. Hazy orange pour with decent head. Light tart finish. Very nice stuff. Great balance. Soft sour finish. Bottle shared at Luppolo 12.

2 May 2023. Bottle from an Italian craft beer bar, possibly Bologna. Lot.:19012; bottled: 28/9/2019.
Clear golden, thinning, white head. Aroma of unripe apricot, plum, white grape, wood, vinegar, peach, mandarin. Taste has very sour plum, peach & apricot; funky lactic acid notes and sourdough maltiness. Very tart finish with stone fruit pit, grape skin & tannic wood. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Retained lots of vivid fruitiness over the years, but lost some body. Still noteworthy, wouldn't fall flat in a Belgian context.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours pale, medium transparent, with very fine white foam. Aroma is tangy, lemony. Body is average, with good carbonation. A bit of astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, with a fairly dry final.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is apricots, fresh funk, flowery. Taste is apricots, wood, bretts, lactic, horseblanket, quite bitter. Mineraly mouthfeel, sparkly carbonation. Solid!
