Ølet ble brygga på en lett Amber base, overført til åpne tønner hvor vi knuste plommer på den gamle ”druetråkkemetoden”.

Bottle. Clear reddish body with a small, lacing off-white head. Nice refreshing fruity aroma, hint of mild vinegar, mild oak and slightly funky. Flavor has a nice fruity acidity, distinct wood, plum and lemon. Light funky. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste. A nice balance between sweetness and sourness makes this an easy to drink version of a wild beer for most people I think. Still definitively the real thing.

Bottle 375ml @ yngwie, New Year tasting 18/19
Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, plum, tartness and funk. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funk and plum finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft

375ml bottle. Pours copper or just looking like brown apple juice with some relatively abundant white foam on top. Bubbles come down and it looks soon pretty flat. Nose is tart, there are plums, its dry though, so basically feeling as if the plum essence has been extracted from the fruits, some seed bones as well - bit sweetness and flesh has been left behind. Quite acidic overall but still fruity and refreshing. Little oak spice that has been mixed with re spices. Maybe. Overall maybe does not have the deepest depth but sure is tasty.

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Ugly hazy reddish amber. Nose is sour plum vinegar, puckering, acidic, muted. Taste is glue, low sugar, vinegar wine, sweet & sour with Japanese plums. Glue & vinegar. Bit too much but not bad.
