Bottle. Clear reddish amber body without any head. Aroma is just fantastic amazing, so smooth, pleasant funky, mild oak, vinous, dry fruit, cellar notes and hint of Bourbon with a light touch of vanilla. Taste is in the same direction, sweet, smooth malt, dry fruit, mild acidity, funky, oak, light Bourbon, balanced bitterness. Fine body and long-lasting aftertaste. So smooth, so nice, so tasty with a fine balanced acidity. One of my favorite styles as well.

Solsletta KYGG 311218. Red amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, candis sugar, caramel. Flavor is sourness, candis sugar, caramel, malt, funk, vinegar, oak , vanilla, wood, alcohol. Very nice one.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear dark reddish color. Aroma is slightly rich and dry sour-ish fruity, oak, mild vinegar, berry skin, bark, sour red berries, hay, grass. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, vinegar, sour red berries, fruit salt, oak, berry skin, sorrel, soda powder, fruit salt, unripe berries, hints of bourbon. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle, shared by Meilby. It pours an almost clear body, reddish brown in color, with more or less no head. Rather funky aroma, with some alcohol notes, it's vinous and berry-ish, with some wood and a touch of cellar. Berries, wood, leathery funk, dried fruits and a light generic fruityness in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nice indeed. 181231

Bottle 375ml @ yngwie, New Year tasting 18/19 Pours hazy red with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, vinegar, tart, oak and berry. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky, oak, vanilla, vinegar and berry sour finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma is moderate malty, wood, bourbon, cherry stone, cherry, almonds, sour cherry, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, cherry stone, cherry, almond, wood, sour cherry. Bottle, #81/94, nine months after bottling. Pours dark brownish red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is spicy, clove-like tannins, red wine and wooden barrels, as well as fruity brett, with hay and cherries .Medium body, with average to fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity brett, with cherries and red, wooden berries, as well well as tannins, red wine and wooden barrels.

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Red darker amber. Nose is vinegar, sour & cheese, puckering wine. In interesting sour cherry, very acidic, vinegar wine, cheese & some glue sourness, almost too much but nice overall.
