340ml bottle bought from St Marcus (South African specialty food and drink shop) online, drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, clear with a small white head. Metallic, corny aroma, some gluey notes. Sweet taste, gluey malt, creamed corn, with light bitterness nearer the finish. Watery body, heavily carbonated. Kind of dull, starts out okay but gets wearing quite quickly. It's a competent enough lager.

Halvliter på koselig lite spisested ved Waterfront, feb-20: klar gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned. En helt grei og godt humlet pøseøl i varmen her i Cape Town. Hint av røykmalt?

340ml bottle. Pours clear golden amber with a small head, quickly dissipating. Aroma of light sweet pale malts, grainy, corn, subtle hops. Taste of sweet malts, grainy, corny, any hops are too subtle to notice, a touch of bitterness in the finish. Light body, thin oily texture, average carbonation. Ok but really not that much better than most big macro produced lagers.
